We are now using WWS (WoW Web Stats) to help keep track of how people do in raids.

Just letting everyone know that there are several required addons for raiding; one of them being either Bigwigs, or deadly boss mods.
other addons that i personally like are recount, Omen3, and xperl, now, of these three, i would reccommend omen3 first, since it is a threat meter, and will keep the tanks happy.

Also, if you have any questions about gearing or spec, feel free to ask your class leader or an officer for help, it's what we're here for.
(Warlocks can talk to Nuke /Blazingmage if they have any questions or suggestions.)

On a secondary note, the required addons for raiding are either Deadly Boss Mods (DBM) or Bigwiggs.

These are easily attainable through either Wowmatrix or curse.com and will greatly improve how you raid.
Omen threat meter is also another that I will recommend, since it is quite helpful to know if you are going to pull off of a tank...
